Jack Raney

Mr. Raney serves as an Analyst at Thorofare Capital where he is responsible for the screening of new transactions and ongoing surveillance of existing investments to support the originations, credit and asset management decision making process. Mr. Raney conducts financial evaluation, prepares credit memoranda, and assists in the underwriting and closing processes. He began his career with Lincoln Property Company West in their Los Angeles office, where he was a Financial Analysis Intern. Mr. Raney graduated from The University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
