The Lorimer BKLYN is located in the pulsating Williamsburg sub-market, with close proximity to restaurants/entertainment, 1 block to the L Train and 2 blocks to the G train. The property will also contain 10 storage units as well as enhanced building amenities including a roof deck, central courtyard and virtual doorman. Offering terrace decks, private patios and high-end finishes, the property will be sold as individual luxury condominiums in the spring of 2018.

The sponsor is a privately-held Williamsburg-based developer with over 10 for-sale residential projects in the Brooklyn and Manhattan areas.
