Thorofare Funds $7,000,000 For Acquisition Of The Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale-Riverwalk

Thorofare Capital has funded a $7 million bridge loan for Indian Bend Hotel Group, LLC, an affiliate of Caliber Companies, for its leasehold acquisition of the Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale-Riverwalk.  The sponsor acquired the 101-key limited-service hotel for $10.4 million.
