Alvin Moralde

Alvin Moralde is a Director on the Asset Management team at Thorofare Capital, where he oversees a portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments across multiple property types. In his role, Alvin manages transitional real estate investments through construction, lease up, stabilization, and resolution, with a focus on protecting lender capital and maximizing investment performance.

Prior to joining Thorofare Capital, Alvin served as Vice President of Asset Management at Calmwater Capital, where he managed a portfolio of institutional commercial real estate debt investments across multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land assets. Earlier in his career, he held portfolio management roles at East West Bank. Alvin has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and asset management. He earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration (Finance) and Business Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
