Andrew Kim
Director, Originations
Andrew Kim is a Director on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, screening, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate debt opportunities throughout the Southwest and Midwest regions. In his role, Andrew works closely with borrowers, brokers, and capital markets participants to originate, analyze, and close real estate capital transactions. Since joining Thorofare Capital in 2012, Andrew has played a key role in the firm’s capital deployment across eight investment vehicles and has been involved in more than $1 billion of closed transactions.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine and is a licensed Salesperson with the California Bureau of Real Estate..
