Bailey Frady

Bailey Frady is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CIO at Thorofare Capital. Along with her C-suite administrative operations, Bailey is the Office Manager, Event Manager and supports many of the overall business operations. Prior to joining Thorofare Capital, Bailey was the Chief of Staff for the Head of West Coast Engineering at Bloomberg LP. Before her move to the west coast, Bailey was the Executive Assistant to the COO of Bloomberg LP when she was based in New York. In addition to her administrative and operational background, Bailey started her career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Bailey received her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Mississippi with a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
