Chris DeLuca

Chris DeLuca is a Director on the Credit team at Thorofare Capital and is focused on portfolio and asset-level risk, as well as underwriting, due diligence, and deal coordination. Chris has been involved in over $3B of loan closings throughout his near decade of industry experience. Prior to joining Thorofare, Chris was a Vice President at Argentic Investment Management where he was responsible for originating and underwriting bridge and CMBS loans. He began his career as an Analyst on HFF’s capital markets team. Chris received his BA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.
