Henry Johnson

Mr. Johnson serves as an Associate at Thorofare Capital where he is responsible for the analysis of new transactions and ongoing surveillance of existing investments to support the originations, credit and asset management decision making process. Mr. Johnson conducts property evaluation, prepares credit memoranda, and assists in the underwriting and closing processes. He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in their Los Angeles office, where he was an Industrial Brokerage Intern and studied various trends in the industry encompassing the Southern California market. Mr. Johnson graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Prior to attending TCU, he attended Loyola High School of Los Angeles.
