Henry Johnson

Henry Johnson serves as a Senior Associate on the Originations team in Thorofare Capital’s Dallas office where he is responsible for the analysis of new transactions and ongoing surveillance of existing investments to support the originations, credit and asset management decision making process. Henry conducts property evaluation, prepares credit memoranda, and assists in the underwriting and closing processes. During his time at Thorofare Capital, Henry has been involved in over $900 million of financings across more than $1.5 billion of real estate. He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in their Los Angeles office, where he was an Industrial Brokerage Intern and studied various trends in the industry encompassing the Southern California market. Henry graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
