Matthew Stern is an Analyst on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital, where he supports the Originations and Credit teams in underwriting and due diligence for new loan transactions. His responsibilities include deal screening, loan sizing, market research, preparing credit memoranda, and assisting through the closing process. Prior to joining Thorofare Capital, he was an Analyst at Newmark, focused on Multifamily Debt and Structured Finance. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
