Senior Associate, Asset Management
Max Hands is a Senior Associate on the Asset Management team at Thorofare Capital. He is responsible for loan surveillance, borrower communication, business plan execution, and asset-level and portfolio-wide resolution strategies. Max has significant real estate transaction experience spanning asset management, servicing, and financing. Prior to joining Thorofare in 2025, Max served as an Associate at Rialto Capital, providing asset management duties across the diversified national portfolio for the Miami based investment firm. Max began his professional career in 2020 as a Staff Accountant at PREP Property Group. Max graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business.
