Mitch Kralis

Mitch Kralis is a Managing Director at Thorofare Capital, bringing three decades of real estate investment and development experience. At Thorofare, he is responsible for equity investments in multifamily, industrial and data center sectors. Over the last 30 plus years of his career Mitch has developed over 3,000,000 square feet of class A office, industrial, multifamily and data centers all across the United States and Canada. Previously, as former Executive Vice President of Red Sea Group USA, Mitch was responsible for sourcing and managing all office, land, retail, industrial and data center investments in North America for the multinational company based in Tel Aviv, Israel. During his tenure with the private family fund, he oversaw all aspects of domestic investing including acquisitions, capitalization, construction, leasing and disposition of investments and grew domestic AUM from $300M to $1.8B. Mitch holds a BBA in Finance, Real Estate, Marketing and Economics from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University and is a frequent presenter and speaker at his alma mater and for a variety of professional organizations nationwide.
