Nick Krueger
Associate Director, Originations
Nick Krueger is an Associate Director on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital where his responsibilities include originations, deal structuring, and underwriting. Prior to joining the team in 2022, Mr. Krueger was responsible for originating and underwriting real estate debt originations for Kairos Investment Management Company. Nick began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Real Division focused on debt originations, acquisitions of distressed debt, and asset management of the existing portfolio. Nick received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College.
