Paul Hachigian
Director, Originations
Paul Hachigian is a Director on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, screening, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate debt opportunities throughout the Southwest and Midwest regions. In his role, Paul works closely with borrowers, brokers, and capital markets participants to originate, analyze, and close real estate capital transactions.
Prior to joining Thorofare Capital in 2017, Paul worked on CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team in San Diego, where he focused on commercial real estate financing and debt placement. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
