Paul Kim
Director, Originations
Paul Kim is a Director on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, screening, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate debt opportunities throughout Texas and the Southeast. In his role, Paul works closely with borrowers, brokers, and capital markets participants to originate, analyze, and close real estate capital transactions.
Prior to joining Thorofare Capital in 2016, Paul was a Junior Analyst at Asset Avenue. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and received a Certificate of Excellence in Real Estate Finance.
