Sarah Henehan

Sarah Henehan is a Paralegal for Thorofare Capital. She assists the General Counsel with complex commercial real estate investments and performs corporate record-keeping and maintenance for the Company and its affiliates as well as assists with trademark, credit facility management and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining Thorofare, Sarah was the senior Paralegal for Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman and Rabkin, LLP in its corporate, real estate and entertainment department. She has worked in the legal industry for over 15 years for various law firms including Latham & Watkins LLP and Gilchrist & Rutter, P.C. Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology Criminal Justice at Biola and Baylor University and her Paralegal Certification at University of California, Los Angeles.
